Upgraded from Samick Sage 45# @ 28

Excellent excellent option... Bought the Wardens mark 1.0 1 week ago for a newer upgrade and lower poundage than my previous bow. Bow is marked 40# @28 but as im 6'6" with a 31.5" draw this 60"AMO is so smooth and forgiving... The riser is extremely comfortable and slings arrows at a high rate of speed for a recurve... No stacking whatsoever... I did however replace the Dacron bow string with a D-97 Flemish twist bow string, salway 5 arrow quiver from 3 rivers archery and i couldnt be happier... My groups tightened tremendously vs my Sage... Bamboo core limbs are a powerhouse for the powerstroke I pull... A budget bow but very quality IMO... Relieved my bow on Tuesday and made my first kill Saturday morning on a feral pig... Great bow and would highly recommend to any archer just beginning or in the trade for many years... Always remember do now over bow yourself. I can pull 65# @ 28" efficiently but 40# @ 28" but pulling 31.5" makes me pulling around 46# and it's so much fun to shoot, and does not make me feel fatigued in any way... Shooting full length 8.0 g Fred Eikler 5mm arrows with 12.5 gr out certs and 125 gr buzz cut broad heads...Nocking point for me 3/8" above center for best bareshaft tuning...Impressive bow for $150.00

New bow for me

Been using this 25# for a month now and the ease of use and improved speed is obvious. Just sorry the 35# wasn’t available as it a bit easier to draw with the new bamboo limbs.

Great budget bow

Bought this on a recommendation from a fellow archer. It appears to be well made. The shooting experience is very good, with a smooth draw and only a little aftershot vibration. For anyone looking to try a traditional bow without spending a lot this is a very good option. I'm enjoying shooting this bow and would happily recommend it to others.

Good bow and great value for money

I've been shooting various bows for several years but never a takedown one, so I decided to try a Warden 1.0 in burl wood finish. At this price my expectations weren't very high but I'm very impressed with my 45lb example.
The bow is good-looking, quiet and with a progressive pull and no apparent hand shock. I bought a bow set including a good quality stringer and twelve arrows with turkey feathers and they all work fine.
